How a lagoon is built

The construction stages of the Sorgiva patent, from waterproofing to the quartz finish.

  1. Waterproofing

    Waterproofing

    Laying the EPDM liner that makes the pool watertight.

  2. Membranes and pipes

    Membranes and pipes

    The micro-perforated membrane protects the pipes that feed water beneath the finish.

  3. Recirculation system

    Recirculation system

    Pipes are laid across the entire surface of the pool.

  4. Base layer

    Base layer

    A layer of natural stone or quartz bound with epoxy resins.

  5. Finish

    Finish

    The quartz and marble sand finish, ready to be filled.
